Rich Kuss

Rich has loved music all of his life.  Sitting next to his grandmother in church, he sang along and learned harmony at age 3.  

 

At 7, Rich received his first ukulele as a Christmas present.  His mom taught him the three chords she knew, and from there he took off on his own.  He would listen to his parents' vinyl records and then play his uke to those tunes, soon starting to write his own songs.  He is totally self taught.

Rich leads worship music once a month at the contemporary service of Ezekiel Lutheran Church. 

​

An English instructor at Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Rich teaches creative writing, literature, and composition courses.  

​

Rich and his wife Barb love spending time with family, especially their four grandchildren, and they enjoy music, books, movies, theatre, sports, and everything about Christmas and winter. They live with their Yellow Labs, Gracie and Ruthie, in River Falls, Wisconsin.
